Thanks to you, our customers and partners, we’ve achieved amazing momentum around the world – helping people make better decisions with QlikView. Market acceptance of QlikView – now with 6,125 customers and more than 500 partners in 76 countries – has been phenomenal.
To underscore our growth, we are expanding our management roles. I’m pleased to announce that Lars Björk, QlikTech’s CFO and COO, will become our CEO as of October 1. Lars, who moved to the US from Sweden, has been instrumental in working with me and the rest of our executive team in building QlikTech’s success, making him uniquely suited to take the helm. In my role as Chairman, I’ll maintain our focus on strategy and continue driving our vision of “simplifying analysis for everyone.” (There is more information here.)
This is an exciting chapter of growth – and continuity – in the QlikTech story. We’re really glad that you are all a part of it.
